Our goal is to provide timely and useful information to our membership that will result in their ability to better support their customers. Since 1990 we have provided a networking environment and learning forums. The Chicagoland Chapter is a member of HDI's One Association. We hope that as you participate in our chapter meetings and find them educational and inspiring.
